The 2010 Infiniti G37 Sedan has new color options, Smoky Quartz and Graphite Shadow, a revised rear bumper with a different exhaust treatment and the new 17-inch alloy wheels with P225/55R17 tires on the G37, G37 Journey and G37x AWD models, pretty much complete the exterior changes.
